Company Receives Highest Scores for Overall Customer Satisfaction and Analytic Support
Conway, NH – October 2, 2015 – Rapid Insight Inc., a leading provider of easy to use predictive analytics and data blending software, today announced the availability of a research newsletter featuring the Gartner report ‘Survey Analysis: Customers Rate Their Advanced Analytics Platforms, 2015’1. The Gartner report discusses the growing importance of advanced analytics, and rates 22 advanced analytics platform vendors based on customer research. The company received the highest score for Analytic Support, one of four AAP criteria in User Satisfaction on Relationship and Support Areas category and shared the highest score for Overall Customer Satisfaction, on a scale of 1 to 7.
